Still doing the best with downrods but have started trolling more. Most of the ones I have caught trolling is on a 1oz white bucktail tipped with a blueback fished 9 colors out. Striper fishing still is about as good as it gets.

This past week a lot of the stripers have moved out to deep timber. Downrods 20-30ft down over a 60-100ft bottom has been the ticket. A freeline with a splitshot on it has been getting a few. We have been getting into some good numbers on most days.
