11-4-10 Lake Lanier Fishing Report

Written by jeffblair on November 4, 2010

Fishing has been great the past couple weeks.  Lots of big fish being caught on big baits.  The northend is producing better than the south.  The topwater on the southend is hit or miss from the reports I have gotten. Freelining shad and trout on points and flats off the main river channel are hard to beat. We have put put six fish over 20lbs and one over 30lbs in the past two weeks with alot of mid to high teens also.  If you are looking to catch a real trophy fish now is the time to go.
